Rami received his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University. Prior to attending law school, Rami established a successful career in the New Home industry. However, he perceived his career as lacking a tangible impact on people’s lives and so pursued law.

During his time in law school, Rami volunteered extensively with TRU’s Pro Bono Students Canada chapter, committing to help clients and round out his knowledge with regard to civil, criminal, and family law matters. Rami also served as a Board of Director on Thompson Rivers University Students’ Union, where part of his work included advocating for policy reforms with a focus on increasing inclusivity amongst Indigenous and international students specifically. Additionally, he won the Dean’s Course Prize in Tort Law and the bulk of his work at our firm involves litigation, which he relishes.

After law school, Rami was 1/15 participants selected across Canada to participate in the Young Lawyers International Program, ultimately interning for Enforcement of Patients and Health Workers’ Rights (EPHWOR) where he gained exposure to access to justice initiatives, legal reform, and human rights law from an international perspective, while continuing to advocate for vulnerable and marginalized people. Additionally, he taught the Legal Assistant Administrative program at Campbell College, prior to joining our firm.

At his leisure, a devout Edmonton Oilers fan, you can find Rami cuddled up on the couch with his chubster of an Olde English Bulldogge watching the game.

Rami aims to combine pragmatism, charisma, and dedication to deliver a high-quality legal service that guarantees satisfaction.

He is fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.
