Kamil was born in London, England, he spent much of his childhood in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where he was raised before returning to the United Kingdom to pursue his legal studies. He holds a Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Sussex as well as a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Law, Business & Management from the University of Law in London.



Kamil has gained valuable international experience across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Having worked and lived on multiple continents, he brings a multi-perspective and culturally informed approach to his practice, one that informs his strategic thinking and enhances his ability to serve clients navigating complex cross-border matters.

Kamil’s practice focuses on Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, International Business Transactions, and Employment Law. He has a particular interest in advising businesses on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions, and is dedicated to delivering effective legal solutions tailored to each client's objectives.

Beyond his legal career, Kamil is a dedicated sports enthusiast. He regularly plays and watches Padel, Tennis, and Soccer, and is an active member of the Padel Zone Club in Nisku, where he competes in local and regional tournaments. Kamil is also committed to community involvement and volunteers with the Canadian Islamic Center, Al Rashid Mosque.
