Bankruptcy

In addition to providing pre-bankruptcy counselling to both individuals and corporations, we are able to act for parties involved in bankruptcies and ensure that their rights are protected throughout the process. We are experienced in acting on behalf of both creditors and debtors in court.

Receivership

We have represented lenders, privately appointed and court-appointed receivers, and companies in receivership at all stages of their proceedings in court. We are often consulted in receivership situations with respect to the determination of priority issues amongst competing creditors.

Foreclosure

We have represented major institutional clients in conducting residential and business foreclosures on all types of properties. We have also acted for individuals and businesses whose property has been the subject of foreclosure proceedings.
